"Leading yourself, leading others" - speaker Avril Henry


The female view that we strengthen ourselves by strengthening others is redefining leadership. 


True leaders understand that to be effective leaders of others, we must first be effective leaders of ourselves. We must develop our self knowledge and self confidence and empower ourselves for personal excellence. We need to recognise the value of mentors and taking time out for ourselves. Female leaders then achieve personal and professional success through an inclusive, collaborative, consensus building approach.
