About the Facilitator

Barbara Ashley Phillips, J.D. (Doctor of Laws - Yale Law School) is a coach, trainer, mediator and group process facilitator. She is the author of 2 books and has led many other programs including  Dealing with Difficult People, Letting Go of Fear, Creative Conflict Management, The Spiritual Aspects of Mediating and Reclaiming our Capacity for Connection. She’s been a light plane pilot and a buffalo rancher.
