Full details:
Despite the turmoil caused by the global financial crisis, Canada’s manufacturing sector remains an integral pillar of our economy. It is a sector that is worth $600 billion, accounts for 15% of Canada’s economic output, and it employs nearly 2 million Canadians.

However, it is also a sector that needs to answer pressing questions – How can Canadian manufacturing adapt and thrive in the 21st century? How can Canada effectively compete against other manufacturing centers around the world?  How can we exploit new opportunities in manufacturing?  These and many more questions will be tackled by a distinguished group of speakers at the “Revitalizing Canadian Manufacturing” conference at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.

This momentous event will be held on Tuesday, November 10th, 2009 at the Ted Rogers School of Management building, located at the corner of Bay and Dundas, in the financial heart of Toronto.
