 Not your ordinary marketing/networking experience:   We are all about A-C-T-I-O-N!  In this group we are proactive about participating and putting our wants, desires and dreams into MOTION!  (Even water gets stagnant if it is not “in the flow!”)  Here’s a chance to stretch outside of your comfort zone:  practice speaking in front of a small group, express your wants and needs, learn new innovative ways to enrich your life and business, and connect with other women at many different levels – all while having FUN! 

IN THE FLOW MARKETING is about giving AND receiving.  There isn’t balance in having one and not the other.  Think for a minute about the last time you gave a gift...how warm and good it made you feel and even better if you got to see them open it.  Now, think about a time when someone offered to help you with a project or some personal chores.....and you replied, "Oh, no thanks.  I can do it myself."  What just happened here?  Perhaps, without even thinking about it, you denied this person the beautiful experience of giving.  Interesting thought, isn't it?

We actively listen.  Through intriguing exercises, we listen “between the lines” and think about how we can help each other.  This allows us to practice giving and receiving.  Throughout the meeting, we share about who we are, what we do, what our needs are - all in unique, fun and unexpected ways.

Personally and professionally, meeting new people has enriched my life in so many fulfilling ways and I want to create a space for others to share in this wonderful experience.  In recent years, I have come to know and cherish a diverse group of women who have encouraged and supported me when I first started my business and still support me today, both personally and professionally.  I am blessed beyond words.  Let me offer this experience to you, too!

Having been in business for 7 years, I realized that most marketing and networking groups didn't meet my needs.  I would attend various meetings and come home with a fist full of business cards from people I barely knew.  How could I refer quality business opportunities to strangers?  Most in attendance were self-absorbed with hard sales and endless 30-second pitches, which left me feeling “flat” and uninterested.  There weren’t any authentic connections made with other people.   

IN THE FLOW MARKETING started as a dream and now has become a reality!  The time has come - I believe - to unite and build a community of women that are interested in expanding their dreams and potential through fellowship, networking, laughing, and experience.  Come and be part of the next generation of gatherings based on the premise of giving AND receiving, non-judgment and non-competition!

Diversity - I know a lot of women with a desire to start a business, who want to grow their businesses and I know housewives and stay-at-home moms.  We all could benefit from quality time with other women.  Some of us need referrals to reliable repair services, landscapers, painters, etc.  My vision is to gather women and bring out their business ideas, personal goals, wants and needs - and even practice speaking in front of small groups. No judgment - just support and encouragement.  Let's inspire each other to move into our power and step away from any fear that blocks us.  And, let's do it by having fun!  Come and experience the MAGIC when women connect!
