Full details: The So-Ham exercises is a special technique that was designed in order to help people get mental balance, improve their abilities and their mental and physical strength. This method was developed by Sage Narada, a spiritual teacher and a Naturopathic doctor, and is practiced in Israel with great success.The idea of the So-Ham originates from Yoga, but it comes to deal with the mental state. It is Mental Yoga.This unique technique combines Movement, Awareness and Statement – to create a whole practice that leads to transformation, growth and balance.The practice includes 3 sets of simple movements that can be performed by anyone, anywhere and at any time. The movements are accompanied by statements and affirmations.
