Pastry Chef John Quinn will lead a series of children’s classes, teaching kids between the ages of seven and 12 to become Pastry Chefs for the day and explore the culinary world in the kitchen at The Langham. Chef Quinn will begin each class with a kitchen tour and safety lesson and then teach the young aspiring chefs the art of recipe preparation, baking techniques and pastry presentation. The classes are limited to 12 children each.
