 UC IRVINE EXTENSION OFFERS ETHICS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL, SAFETY AND FACILITIES PROFESSIONALS New Course to Provide Overview of Unique Ethical Challenges Facing Professionals  IRVINE, Calif. (June 9, 2008) – The University of California, Irvine Extension announced plans to offer a new course designed to help professionals within the environmental, safety and facilities fields with an overview of ethics as it is related to business, professional and personal considerations. The course, “Ethics for Environmental, Safety and Facilities Professionals,” will be held on two Saturdays, July 19 and 26, from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. at the UCI Learning Center in Orange.            “There are many ethical challenges and pressures in the areas of environmental, facilities and safety management that are remarkably unique because the stakes are so high – ethical standards are vital to success in these organizations,” said course instructor, Carlos L.
