Fisher & Phillips LLP, one of the largest national law firms in the field of labor and employment law, will present a seminar titled, “Legally Required Sexual Harassment Training,” on Tuesday, September 23 from 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. at the Ayres Hotel & Suites Ontario Convention Center, located at 1945 East Holt Blvd. in Ontario. A “Train the Trainer” session will follow from 10:45 a.m.-12 p.m. The “Train the Trainer” session is for human resources professionals experienced in the area of sexual harassment training and investigations and will provide attendees the necessary tools to personally conduct sexual harassment training within their respective organizations. In addition, the “Legally Required Sexual Harassment Training” seminar will be conducted in Spanish from 1-3 p.m.

Attendees will receive mandatory training compliant with the California law requiring all employers with 50 or more employees to provide at least two hours of harassment avoidance training to all supervisors every two years. The seminar, which includes a continental breakfast served at 8 a.m., will be delivered by attorneys from the Irvine office of Fisher & Phillips LLP who specialize in this area of law.
