This year on October 10th, 2008 from 6:00-10:00 pm we will hold our 3rd Jazz-a-Q at Jewel Winery located at 3750 E. Woodbridge Road, Acampo, CA 95220.  The event is an upbeat, semi-casual, outside event with live Jazz music by Sympozium, wine tasting by Jewel Wines, B.B.Q. that can’t be beaten, and silent auction, with valuable raffle prizes.  Every year this event grows and it is expected to have over 200 community members in attendance.

 

The Jazz-a-Q is an event sponsored by Keller Williams Realty Elk Grove associates and local affiliates. Every year the office contributes to KW Cares and selects local charities to support throughout the year. This year the Moral Values Program, a 501(C)(3), charity has been chosen as the beneficiary of the event proceeds.

 The Moral Values Program (MVP) is a 501(C)(3)  (EIN# 68-0380672) community based program. The program’s mission is to build stronger youth through the principals of the Moral Values Program which are: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. The goals of the program are to: (1) protect the children from neglect and abuse, (2) provide for their physical and emotional needs, (3) improve their academic performance, (4) provide the moral guidance necessary to help them realize their potential as law-abiding and productive members of the community. MVP is dedicated to making each and every child believe that he/she is important, just as every human being is important. Emphasis is on building one’s self-esteem and knowing that one can LEARN and SUCCEED.
