Binary Beading
Two Class Times:
10:30-11:30
1:45-2:45

What are all those 1s and 0s that make up binary code? And for that matter, what's binary code? Students ages 6 and up learn how computers use this 'digital' language to send, process, and receive information. By using beads to represent a switch's on and off states (1 and 0), students use binary code to pattern their initials in a beaded key chain.

Space is limited and reservations are required. Email museum@intel.com to register (child's name, parents name, age and telephone number) or call 408-765-0503.

Guided Tours will be available with no reservation needed at: 12:15 and 3:30.

Experience the exciting world of silicon technology as you explore more than 30 interactive exhibits at the Intel Museum in Santa Clara, Calif. Learn how silicon is at the heart of an ever expanding, increasingly connected digital world, changing the way people work, learn, play, and communicate.
