This session will assist HR professionals in staying current on leading technologies for collaboration, communication and learning.

John Darling of Q2 Learning has over 25 years of experience in successful design and implementation of a wide variety of organization change initiatives for clients including Chevron Texaco, Pacific Bell, Xerox, Hewlett Packard, Siemens, PG&E and the Department of Defense.

Charles Orlando of Coremetrics has launched numerous national and international high-technology products and services. Charles served as Sr. Director of Marketing at eLearning provider Ninth House, and was Director of Marketing at WebEx Communications (as one of the original 50 employees).

Sean Colfer of Colfer Solutions, Inc. provides customized business consulting services specializing in Change Management, Instructional Design, Learning, and Communications to address the needs of small, mid size businesses and large corporations. Prior to founding Colfer Solutions, Sean was the manager of alternate learning strategies at McKesson and a pioneer in web based learning tools at Microsoft.
