Speakers:
Liz Guthridge, Connect Consulting, is co-author of the book, Leading People Through Disasters: An Action Guide for Preparing for and Dealing with the Human Side of Crises. Liz also is the author of the forthcoming book, The Lean Communications Manual: The Simple 5-Step System for Doing More with Less and Getting the Results, Respect and Trust You Deserve. She is the editor/writer of the monthly Ragan Communications The Lean Communicator, which provides tips on doing more with less and getting great results.

Kathryn D. McKee, SPHR, is President and principal consultant of Human Resources Consortia. Prior to forming her own firm, she was Senior Vice President and Regional Human Resources Director for Standard Chartered Bank, SVP Human Resources for First Interstate Bank Limited, And SVP Compensation and Benefits at First Interstate Bancorp. She served as Chairman of SHRM, President of HRCI and the SHRM Foundation, and received PIHRA's and SHRM's Award for Professional Excellence. She is co-author of "Leading People Through Disasters" which is based in part on her personal experiences with three earthquakes, a building fire and the Rodney King Riots.
