HR managers have the critical role of hiring and onboarding employees while simultaneously driving the success of all employees. Too frequently managers lack the experience, skills and information needed to successfully manage and relate to their employees. This is where you, as an HR professional, can take a proactive role and implement employee relation best practices. Examine your existing management development strategies to improve moral, decrease turnover and create an engaging work environment. Learn to:

-Navigate difficult conversations and situations with ease
-Guide managers through critical tasks such as coaching, performance reviews and discipline
-Develop employee appreciation initiatives
-Engage in a positive and ongoing relationship-building process
