Full details:
The emerging trend of baby boomers retiring and downsizing will have an immediate and powerful impact on American businesses. Employers that directly address these issues will be in a better position to be more competitive and be able to recruit and retain a quality workforce.

By addressing the needs of an aging workforce, businesses will be able to provide a work environment that capitalizes on these older workers' talents, expertise and skills.

-Understand the business implications of an aging workforce.
-Learn what policies and programs are necessary to recruit and retain older workers.
-Benchmark their programs against what other companies are doing.

By attending this workshop, HR professionals will have a greater awareness of the impending implications of losing experienced older worker talent and what is needed to retain this important human capital.

Speaker: Cathy Leibow is Vice President of Leverage Life, a national concierge and work/life company. Formally the founder and President of FamilyCare, Inc., Ms. Leibow is considered a pioneer in the work/life field, with specific expertise in older workforce issues.
