Full details: 6 CPE Credits The business role of HR includes optimizing the value of human capital, just as Finance departments optimize the value of financial capital. Learn the steps in building an effective analytics-based HR business proposal, apply this to programs or initiatives that you have underway or under consideration. Please bring examples of such programs, especially where it is important to build senior management credibility. More specifically, in this second seminar in the HR Analytics Series, develop skills to: -Uncover people-related goals important to your business leaders -Enhance alignment between business drivers and HR efforts -Generate commitment from line management to your programs -Build visibility for HR initiatives. -Develop an HR business case, monetize HR results, and assess the bottom-line impact of human capital programs and initiatives.
