Hibakusha/Atomic Bomb Survivors Call for Nuclear Weapon-Free World. Junko Kayashige and Miyako Yano share personal testimonies to advocate for the U.S. public to join with others to sign the "Appeal for a Nuclear Weapon-Free World" as we approach the 2010 Nuclear Proliferation Treaty Review Conference. In the U.S. for the national Peace & Justice Studies Association in Portland, their time with us offers a unique opportunity to hear first-hand experiences and perspectives on nuclear weapons.
