The 2008 RollerSoccer World Cup Championship will be a sporting spectacle and a platform for cultural exchange between international players and kids in the under-served Bay Area communities.

The Opening Ceremony starts at 10:30 am, August 14, 2008.
Tournament Schedule: (Thursday August 14 to Sunday August 17, 2008)
- First round matches: Thursday and Friday 1000-1800
- Quarterfinals: Saturday 1200-1600
- Semifinals: Saturday 2000-2200
- Final & All-Star Game: Sunday 1200-1600

The Kick-Off party - Sport Basement, Presidio - Thursday, August 14, 6-8pm. Enjoys snacks, drinks, meet the players. Open to the public.

FIFA Ambassador for 2007 World Cup, former star of the WUSA, and former member of the Brazil women's national football team, Sissi will be in attendance at the 2008 RSWC.

Local media organizations, government officials and consulate dignitaries are invited.
