In this Qigong workshop you will establish a powerful personal practice that will enhance your health and harmonize body, mind, and spirit. Qigong Master Teacher Kyla Haber is offering practices from China that have the ability to heal injuries, chronic health conditions, balance brain chemistry, and aid digestion and circulation. This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced level Qigong practitioners.

The purpose of this workshop is to create a personal Qigong practice tailored to your individual needs – a lifetime practice you can take home with you.

Kyla has 30 years of  experience in Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation. She has taught Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan for the past 18 years privately, in classes, and at colleges.       Included will be a delicious and healthy lunch provided by Sue Van Raes from Boulder Nutrition.  Sue is dedicated to high quality local, organic, and seasonal ingredients that are combined in a creative way, leaving you feeling nourished and energized!

This event will be Saturday, June 13, from 9 AM to 4 PM, in North Boulder, Colorado. The cost is $100 for a day of Qigong and a delicious catered lunch.
