Summer Seminar Series: FREE Tips for Homebuyers at Northlake Mall

Informational workshops regarding the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit and other buyer incentives will be presented by Fairfield Mortgage and RE/MAX Executives, Atlanta beginning Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

 

In conjunction with Fairfield Mortgage and RE/MAX Executives, Atlanta, Northlake Mall will host a FREE Summer Seminar Series beginning Thursday, June 11 at 6:30 p.m.  These workshops, intended to arm homebuyers with all the facts of the new tax incentives and other new mortgage programs, will continue throughout the summer on the second Thursday of each month.

 

The focus of the Summer Seminar Series will be on the new $8,000 tax credit for first time homebuyers through December 1, 2009.  Attendees will also have access to information on mortgage programs and home buying tips from the experts at Fairfield Mortgage and RE/MAX Executives. 

 

“Serving our neighbors through free programs like the Summer Seminar Series is a key part of our commitment to community at Northlake Mall,” said Mall Manager Marie Moore.  “Many home buyers are not aware of this new tax credit program, and we want to ensure that our community stays well informed about these programs.”
