To help these business owners and representatives get proactive for their business and personal growth, two local companies – BDH Solutions and Strategic Speaking Solutions – have teamed together to present “Proactive Planning and Presentation for 2010”.

This four-hour workshop will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 from 4pm to 8pm at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott’s Atlanta-Vinings location at 2450 Paces Ferry Road.  The workshop will focus on aiding business and action planning for success in 2010, conducted by Bonnie Hall of BDH Solutions, and Dynamic Presentation Skills conducted by Rachel Hilgers of Strategic Speaking Solutions.

    
Bonnie Hall has toured North America for over 25 years as a Sales and Management Consulting Professional. She has worked with both start-up and established companies, aiding in the Creation and Implementation of Proactive Management Planning that provide individual solutions to problems that prevent business stability and growth with profit goals achieved. During this workshop, owners will discover both traditional and new ways to view business planning as well as tools and information to aid them in preparing their own business plan or sales growth action plan. Included in this is preparing the plan that the Banks want to see and preparing sales action plans for the ultimate close. A complementary business review will be offered to all attendees. 
Ms. Hall is currently the owner of BDH Solutions, a full-service business consulting company based in West Cobb. A recipient of various academic and professional awards, Ms. Hall is best known as the “GO-TO” person for business planning and aid in Government Certification.
Rachel Hilgers has presented in Atlanta, New York and Paris. She is an International Public Speaking Coach and Trainer, and owner of Strategic Speaking Solutions based in Marietta. Rachel has helped hundreds of professionals increase confidence and speaking skills.  She has achieved within Toastmasters International the levels of Advanced Toastmaster and Advanced Leader, and earned recognition as Toastmaster of the Year for 2004 and 2006. Rachel is a leader whose Area was awarded the status of President's Distinguished while she served as an Area Governor. In 2006, Rachel was the Guest of Honor and Speaker at the Toastmasters Area A1 Conference in Paris.
Her section on Dynamic Presentation Skills will be highly interactive and ''hands-on'', including: getting more comfortable in front of  an audience, impromptu speaking, interactive appraisals, speechwriting basics, and using skillful techniques for powerful deliveries.
