Oahu NVC Community Carwash Fundraiser

Help!  We're trying to gather some funds to help offset the expenses required to offer workshops and training on Oahu and in the state of Hawaii.  Would you be willing to consider helping us?

We'd like to offer car wash coupons on a pre-sale basis and have partnered with Aloha Center in case people are looking for a tax benefit using a charitible education-based non-profit organization.

If you don't mind getting wet, we could use your help washing or drying cars and trucks on

76 Gas Station on King St, just past Wiliwili St on the right (one block Diamondhead of McCully St and next to McDonald's).

If you'd rather not get wet, but want to help - we could also use sign wavers, traffic directors, and money collectors!!

DONATIONS in ANY AMOUNT gratefully accepted.  We will have coupons with the non-profit info on them available soon.  These coupons can be used for either a DONATION or a car wash voucher. 

CAR WASH details.  We are asking $7 per CAR and $10 per TRUCK or Small SUV during the pre-sale/voucher sales.  Drive-up pricing (without a voucher) is expected to be $10 per CAR and $15 per TRUCK.  Vouchers have no cash value and are redeemable for a wash on the day of the event only (SUN, NOV 9th.)  Not responsible for bad weather/rain-out.  All monies collected during pre-sales will be considered as DONATIONS to Oahu NVC through Aloha Center and used for supporting NVC training events.

Participants that would like to receive something for their time may receive:
1. FREE one hour promotional teleseminar with Kelly Bryson on MON, NOV 10 @ 6:30PM-8PM.
2. FREE Special NVC Oahu Community Potluck event with Kelly Bryson, FRI, NOV 21 @ 5PM-5:45PM.  Book signing, meet the author, mingle with the community - priceless!
3. FREE admission to the INTRO to NVC workshop FRI, NOV 21 @ 6PM-9PM w/Kelly Bryson ($10 savings).
4. Choice of FREE NVC booklet (i.e., "The Surprising Purpose of Anger", "Being Me, Loving You", etc.) - while supplies last!
5. Possible work-trade arrangement for Kelly Bryson's LOVE, SEX, MONEY, and COMMUNITY Weekend Workshop, SAT-SUN, NOV 22-23, 2008, limited number of partial scholarships may be available on first-come, first-served, needs basis.
