Spring is around the corner, and the Linen Building Sunday Market, the Treasure Valley’s only year-round indoor market, will celebrate the new season from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 21, at the Linen Building, 1402 W. Grove St. in Downtown Boise’s Linen District. Free coffee and muffins (while supplies last) will be provided by Open Table Boise (http://www.opentableboise.com).

Every third Sunday of the month, the Linen Building Sunday Market showcases two dozen Creators offering locally-made arts and crafts, jewelry, clothing, produce, food and drink. This month, the Creators have stocked their booths with a wide assortment of Easter gift ideas for the young, old and even four-legged. The Gallery at the Linen Building, the Linen Building’s second-floor, loft-style art gallery, is also open during the market.

March Sunday Market Creators include:

  • Design Bandits (http://www.design-bandits.com). Design Bandits is a husband-and-wife team with a love for illustration and fashion. They create their own line of original, hand-screen-printed clothing, using their sketches, paintings and photographs to design clothes that will appeal to people looking for something unique.
  • Upstart Art (http://www.upstart-art.com). Easter comes to Upstart Art! Come look at their glass Easter eggs and print your child's name on the egg. Take it home, cook it, and you have a unique, customized gift. They will have other fun items like chicks on glass and hanging bird sun catchers. If you look hard enough, you might even find an Easter egg.
  • Innovative Design (http://www.innovativedesignboise.com). This Boise-based company specializes in creating products using vintage items. They offer a wide variety of one-of-a-kind items, including jewelry, bookmarks, letter openers, wine bottle stoppers and more.
  • Massage and Skin Care Solutions (http://www.massageandskincaresolutions.com). Frances Vincen-Brown and Eric Brown will feature their botanically-based skin care line, Skin Care Solutions. Frances hand-crafts her recipes in small batches with organically grown herbs, pure essential and natural oils. The products do not contain any parabens, synthetic fragrances, preservatives or carcinogenic ingredients. Eric will be on-site offering free 15-minute chair massages and 20 percent off gift certificates for 1-hour therapeutic massages at their office. Anti-aging masks containing powerful antioxidants will be on sale for $7.
  • Fun with Penny/K9 Delights. K9 Delights’ Les Lawrence has a new dog treat, Pup Pops, along with liver snacks and doggy Easter baskets. Fun with Penny’s Penny Thorpe will have more dog jewelry made with beads and Swarovski Crystal, along with her Book Thongs.
  • Robin Kelly. Robin creates watercolor paintings inspired by American Southwest and Northwest themes. She also works with fused glass, making pendants, earrings, pins, and drawer pulls. Her drawer pulls are lively and can spice up dressers, desks, drawer files, cabinets and closet doors. Her March offerings also include hand-made papers and Mexican Papel Tule wall hangings.
  • Ama Rose Designs. Ama Rose Designs will have purses, dog sweaters and dog toys made out of repurposed sweaters.
