Full details:

Muscular rock quartet Motorflower is inviting the public to a video shoot and free all-ages concert at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at the Linen Building, 1402 W. Grove St. in Downtown Boise’s Linen District. SFM-Steve Fulton Music’s Power Trio opens.

Be an extra in a professional music video shoot and hear a double bill of original rock ‘n’ roll during this unique event, part of the Live at the Linen concert series kickoff weekend.

When Motorflower hits the stage, a team of cinematographers from Boise creative marketing firm Wirestone and Boise production company Revival Picture Co. will film the band as it performs the song “Six Forty Three.” The live footage captured in the architecturally unique Linen Building will be incorporated into a narrative-based music video produced by Wirestone and Revival Picture Co.

Motorflower will play through “Six Forty Three” multiple times while the cameras roll. Following the video shoot, the band will perform a full concert for the public. SFM-Steve Fulton Music’s Power Trio also will be filmed for a live performance video.

A deliberately hard-playing group with pop sensibilities, Motorflower’s influences range from Led Zeppelin to Foo Fighters to Stevie Ray Vaughan. Its four members — Thom Keithly, John Paul, Stephen Hall and Adam Schroeder— are hard-laboring workers by day and volume-abusing musicians by night. When day gigs are required, the last sentence still applies. For more info, visit www.motorflower.com.

Photos are available upon request. For interviews or more info on the video shoot and concert, contact Project Manager Tim Willis at 343-2868 or tim.willis@wirestone.com.
