Full details: Five musical acts will come together for an earthy cause during Live at the Linen: Raising Green on Grove Street on Friday, July 17. The event, a fundraiser for the Idaho Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), starts at 5:30 p.m. at the Linen Building, 1402 W. Grove St. in Downtown Boise’s Linen District. Suggested donation is $5 for USGBC members and $7 for non-members (become a member at the door and get free admission). All ages. Local appetizers and no host bar with local beer and wine (ID required). The chapter is the local voice of the USGBC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that certifies sustainable businesses, homes, hospitals, schools and neighborhoods.
