What is Biodanza?Biodanza - meaning to dance with life - is a fusion of music, movement, and emotion. It is a scientifically proven method of personal development aimed at raising your capacity to communicate, to improve the quality of your relationships and your sense of well being and happiness.
What happens in a workshop?The workshop takes about two hours. First I'll explain what Biodanza is and how it works - then we'll dance, expressing ourselves and having fun - we'll slow the pace down, do a few more excercises - and we will close the night with an expressive dance. You will start to learn to integrate your head (mind), your heart (feelings) and your pelvis (instincts). You will experience yourself and others differently, in a new, fun and relaxed way. Don't worry, I won't teach you dance steps and no dance experience needed; let the music and your body move you!
Who is Reinder Schonewille?Reinder is a Business Consultant coming from the Netherlands to lead a Biodanza workshop. He is the owner of Happy Workplays, a worldwide consulting company, “a network of people standing for achieving results by focusing on inspiring people and creating work environments that work for everybody". He specializes in Team Organization and Development Programs. One of his main programs is Business Biodanza, bringing fun and play into organizations and businesses (www.happyworkplays.com). He teaches under supervision through the official Rolando Toro School of Biodanza in Utrecht, The Netherlands. He teaches in The Netherlands, Germany, South Africa and The USA.
