The first annual Witches Ball and Costume Party will be kicking off at the Garden in Des Moines on Friday, July 31st. at  8:00pm. The cover charge is $3.00 at the door. You must be 21 to attend this event. The costume theme is  A Midsummer's Nights Dream. You can come as a fairy. maiden, donkey, lover. bard, toga, horse, street caller, elf, snake, worthy gentleman, minstrel, fairy queen, tempest, tailor or anything that is associated with A Midsummer's Nights Dream.

There will also be a crowning of the King and Queen of the Ball. This will be an event to kick off the Annual Pagan Pride Day to be held Septemeber 26th at Union Park. Pagan Pride is to help educate those who would like to understand and know more about the pagan way of life.
