PINK is the ultra-chic lounge with its own private entrance and bar. The cozy crescent shaped white banquettes are designed for you to watch the scene and be seen! And the creative lighting....pink, of course!

CRASH MANSION is the edgier of the rooms with stone and millwork accenting the bar and dance floor. The low ceilings, dim lighting and black leather banquettes has made it a backdrop for countless record release parties, music showcases and intimate concerts.

Located in the heart of the trendy enclave of NoLiTa, this party will be a sizzling hot New Year's Eve event. • Five  hour premium open bar (9pm - 2am)

• Includes all of the General Admission benefits
• Each VIP Seated shall have a reserved seat for the entire event
• VIP Seated Tickets accommodate individuals and groups with no limit pending availability
• Enjoy lounge seating and table while GA ticket holders stand

Ultra VIP Table:

• $185 per person
• All of the General Admission benefits
• VIP Tables receive one (1) bottle of vodka, one (1) bottle of champagne and mixers.
• VIP Tables are available for groups of 4, 6, 8 and 10.
• Each person at the Table must be an Ultra VIP ticket holder
• Enjoy lounge seating and bottle service set-up while GA ticket holders stand
• Bottle gratuity is mandatory and not included
• Complementary admission to "The Official After Party for NYE2008" at Home & Guesthouse Starting at 3am. (All you need is your BLVD ticket stub for entry)

Platinum VIP Table:

• $200 per person
• Includes all General Admission benefits
• Platinum VIP Tables are available for groups of 6, 8 or 10.
• Platinum Tables receive three (3) bottles of vodka, two (2) bottles of champagne and mixers. Call our concierge and set up an appointment to pick your table if you desire.
• Enjoy lounge seating and bottle service set-up while GA ticket holders stand
• Each person at Table must be a Platinum VIP ticket holder
• Bottle gratuity is mandatory and not included
• Complementary admission to "The Official After Party for NYE2008" at Home & Guesthouse Starting at 3am!  (All you need is your BLVD ticket stub for entry)
