Tom Kruglinski, Senior Consultant at Retensa, will present an informative 90-minute, hands-on seminar designed to help business owners and managers demystify the “people factor” in managing and motivating employees.  Kruglinski will focus on building employee productivity through positive motivational principles and lay out a concrete approach that business owners and managers can use for analyzing and solving workforce problems.  Participants will understand what vital tools and resources they can use to help construct, fortify or repair the vital “people infrastructure” of their business.
