This presentation is open to all family and community members, medical and support staff, volunteers, and anyone who cares for others.  This session will discuss what “caregiver stress” is, how to recognize signs and symptoms of stress, and most importantly, how to manage stress physically and emotionally.  Enjoy this evening with a guided, stress relief, meditation exercise and refreshments!  Heartland staff will answer caregiver questions and will encourage caregivers to share stories and tips.
