Full details: This class meets for three consecutive Mondays, August 9, 16 & 23rd. In today’s busy and highly competitive B2B selling world, we are seeing more and more that customers want to gain a clear understanding of the value to be had from purchasing a provider’s solution. There are many factors that have influenced this development. Today, customers have more knowledge, less time, and need to know the true impact their choice of solution will have before they make their decision to purchase.
The Selling on Value workshop shows sales representatives how to clearly define and articulate the value that their solutions can have on their customer’s business. During the course of the workshop, we first show sales representatives how to define their own value message and then how to conduct a true consultative conversation so they can find out the real need of the customer and what it will mean to improve their situation. The workshop will also show the sales representatives how to develop a true customer-focused value presentation that demonstrates the business impact of their solution and sets them apart from their competitors.
The workshop will be delivered in three half-day sessions, one session per week, over a three-week period. The participants will be able to apply their learnings immediately in their day-to-day selling situations between each of the sessions and then will be able to review their successes at the next session.
