The first of its kind in the Oklahoma City Metro starts in September... the "Getting Green Festival"!  This three day party in the park is sure to be a sensation that will provide a natural platform for a wide variety of performing bands and for businesses that promote and integrate the earth friendly "green lifestyle" into their companies. 

  Our goal is to help educate and encourage the public to adopt a more environmentally friendly lifestyle.  The Festival was created with the idea that everyone of us can live 10% to 20% more environmentally responsible with little or no lifestyle change.  Every hour a Guest Speaker of notoriety will educate on steps to become more "green".   Leading businesses who care about the environment will be showcased throughout the grounds of the event set in Stephenson Park @ 5th & Boulevard in Edmond.  This natural setting is the ideal location to launch this innovative new concept in Oklahoma.

Free Admission for all that attend to listen to great music every day from a new band every two hours.  Great festival food and drink will make these days of September roll right by while enjoying all the sights and sounds.  Free shuttles & parking at UCO.
