Full details: Goal is to charter new chapter of Civitan International in Owasso, OK. Civitan is a worldwide, all volunteer service organization where men and women have an opportunity to work together in approaching local community needs through service and fundraising. Civitan International was organized in 1917 and spans 22 countries. We emphasize serving people with developmental disabilities, but our first priority will be here in Owasso-having fun while serving our communities and those less fortunate than ourselves.
