Mask Making 2
Instructor: Dr. Hoolala     Tuition: $80.00

Making masks is a great way to have fun and learn about three dimensional sculpting and painting. You can make a mask from cardboard or other materials but a great way to start is with paper mache.

We will be exploring mask making in time for Halloween and you will walk away with both a plaster life cast of your face for future mask making and a high quality mask of your own design.
You will learn to:
Make plaster face casts
Pour plaster and sculpt mask forms
Create complicated paper mache shapes
Design, paint and custom fit a mask with foam and straps.

All materials are included in the tuition fee. Work will need to be done between classes. Instructions and materials will be sent home with students.
