This seminar will be an introduction to Gods Playing in The Clouds, the most complete Chi Gung set. Gods playing in the clouds consists of 6 movements designed to amplify and integrate all the physical, Chi, and spiritual components of the internal arts (such as Tai Chi). It also serves as a bridge to Taoist Meditation.
God Playing In The Clouds is known for strengthening the bones, cleansing the emotional body, opening and stabilizing the central energy channel and energizing the brain.
