Come celebrate the start of Summer with Stroller Strides of Spokane!  We're hosting a FREE class Wednesday, June 17th at 9:30AM at Mission Park!  We'll have refreshments, PRIZES and GOODIE BAGS!  Stroller Strides is a fitness program designed especially for moms and their stroller aged kids!  We use resistance bands, the environment, strollers combined with intervals of power walking or jogging to get a AWESOME total body workout!
