Beginning August 10th, the Madison Gnostic Center will be hosting free drop-in sessions in Meditation. These sessions are very practical. We will spend a few minutes describing how the meditation practice goes, and then we will all sit down in our meditation room to try out the practice. The practices are all very simplistic and anyone from beginners and beyond can enjoy them!
