Harboring Judgment/Unforgiveness

Judgment binds negative emotions in your body and creates physical pain or disease. The solution to this was given over 2,000 years ago:  Forgiveness.  Forgiveness is the release of the judgment, allowing the old negative emotions or poisons to pass our of the body and energy field.  Forgiveness holds the greatest power to heal your wounds for it releases you from self-bondage.

Mastering the Lessons of Forgiveness

In embodying the forgiveness tone of pink in ascension, the lessons of forgiveness are embodied.  Learning to release grudges and judgments of the past with the understanding that your own ancestry has perpetrated the same dance of darkness as the person you are forgiving.  Forgiveness erases debts of the past and dissolves karmic bonds, which may be holding us captive to a particular dance with another person or group.

Another sign is that you have not released karma; remember all karmic release is founded upon the ability to forgive.  If you cannot forgive, karma cannot be released and all other attempts to transcend will fail in ascension.  Therefore, the lesson of forgiveness is the foundation of ascension.

True Forgiveness is Forgetfulness

Most people believe forgiving someone is doing them a favor or giving them permission to perform the act again.  That is not true.  Harboring bitterness involving a person or situation causes your energy to contract whenever you think about that person or event.

Unforgiveness towards others, or ourselves, stays in our energy field until we do and at the same time karma is released.  If we have not cleared and released this energy through forgiveness in this lifetime, we must resolve it in another lifetime in order to transcend.

Those experiencing health problems have major unforgiveness issues.  Holding negativity in our energy field expresses itself as physical disharmony, bad health, or mental problems.  Forgiveness is by far the best way to release negativity and cleanse it from your energy fields.

The Importance of Forgiving Others and Ourselves

Unforgiveness is the greatest toxin we have stored in the body.  Our negative thoughts "gum up" the neuro-pathways and create dis-ease or dis-harmony among the cells.  The negative emotion of "anger" releases a chemical that bruises the heart muscle.

"Inappropriate fear" compromises our immune system and lowers our healing energy.  Every negative thought you have about yourself or others creates a cord or thread (called "aka" in Hawaiian) that wraps around you, blocking us from Light and keeping us in darkness.  The Egyptians understood this concept and diagrammed these cords in their hieroglyphics.  The Bible references these cords as "sacred strings" or "webs."  Just imagine how many cords we have accumulated in our lifetime, simply because modern-day society does not acknowledge their existence.

If we had not been taught to brush our teeth, imagine how much food and decay would have built up in our mouths over the years?

Likewise, the ancient Kahunas of Hawaii would not allow negative thoughts to accumulate in their bodies or minds.  They practiced a cord-cutting process daily to forgive themselves and others.  This procedure restores harmony in the body and mind.  This connected them higher levels of Creation.
